Brian Knight has been involved in complementary medicine for 20 years now and is an acknowledged international teacher in the field having lectured throughout South-East Asia and Australia. Brian brings to the organisation a broad knowledge of complementary and natural medicine, including kinesiology, remedial massage, aromatherapy and aromatic medicine. In addition to his technical natural medicine expertise, Brian also brings to the organization nearly 20 years prior experience in business management including hotel management in Germany, Switzerland and Australia and running a successful medium sized transportation business in Australia. He has been directly involved in the development of many accredited courses and in gaining health insurance fund recognition for complementary medicine as an insurable expense.

Similarly, Brian has held many positions of responsibility within a number of representative industry organisations in the field including: the Australian Aromatic Medicine Association (AAMA); Treasurer and President of the Kinesiology Association of Victoria (KAV); Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA) - with in excess of 1000 members.

In addition to his numerous qualifications in complementary medicine Brian has recently added the Australian Government accredited Workplace Training and Assessment ANTA qualifications at the highest level.

Brian is currently the CEO and Principal of The Health Arts College, a Registered Training Organisation with the Australian government and delivers Certificate IV's, Diploma's & Advanced Diploma's in Kinesiology, Massage & Aromatherapy

Mr Dawson brings to the organisation over twenty-seven years of strategic commercial experience, twenty-three of which have been at a senior management level. During that time he has focussed on human resource management & development, technology valuation and assessment, technology transfer, renewable energy and environmental project management and strategic business development. Mr Dawson has worked as a senior consultant with many of Australia’s largest companies. During this period Mr Dawson has written and published on technical and commercialisation issues and has chaired a number of International Workshops & Conferences and has sat on and chaired numerous Industry & Government Advisory Groups. Recently, with a strong personal and academic interest in innovation and entrepreneurship through his doctoral studies (in train*), he has focussed on Technology Transfer from, and the Commercialisation of, Government funded R & D. This interest has been translated into the commercial utilisation of these strategies, technologies and skill sets towards effective technology transfer through a holistic understanding of the role of Intelligent Risk Capital in the Innovation Process.
